Shipping & returns

We charge a flat fee of $10 per transaction plus $5 for a required signature. We require a signature for all of our packages, no exceptions. Items will only be sent to the name and address of the person listed on the credit card. If the billing zip & CVV code do not match, the order will be cancelled.

We send all our packages via USPS and they typically reach most areas in the United States between 5-7 business days. You will be provided a tracking number so you can follow your items along their journey! Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the United States at this time but we are actively working on being able to ship to other countries in the near future.

RETURN POLICY: If an item doesn't work out, return it to us at your own expense within 5-7 business days to receive store credit only. PLEASE NOTE: We do not issue any cash/credit refunds. We must receive the merchandise back in unworn condition with the tags attached within 10 business days from the purchase date to be eligible for store credit. An exchange may be made or store credit issued only up to 10 days after the original purchase. If we have not received the items back within 10 business days, we are unable to issue any merchandise credit or refunds. Items cannot be returned or exchanged without a receipt.  Tags must be attached & the item must be in the original, unworn condition.

(All accessories including purses, shoes, sunglasses, intimate apparel, jewelry and ALL discounted items are all final sale. No exceptions!)

Store Credit: Store credit cannot be processed online. If you return an item to us for store credit, please email us at stella.dallas.boutique@gmail.com when you are ready to use that credit and let us know what you would like from our website. We will apply the credit in store, process your item and ship the order for you.
